Decision expected on Thursday re government’s application to strike out Stake Bank’s case re cruise ports fiasco

Supreme Court Justice Lisa Shoman is to rule tomorrow morning, Thursday, at 11:00 a.m. on an application to strike out the claim made by the owners of Stake Bank Enterprises Limited against the Attorney General and the National Environmental Appraisal Committee (NEAC) and Department of the Environment (DOE).
